New to breathwork? Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and self-awareness.  This practice includes elements such as mindfulness, movement, visualization, and sound. 

Breathwork can evoke a wide range of physical and emotional experiences. It is a complimentary wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
